1. Property Protection and Client Respect Guarantee

• While they are on your property, our team members will never use profanity or tobacco products.

• Before entering your home, our technicians will put on protective shoe coverings and the necessary personal protection equipment. Your wood floors and carpeting will remain pristine––no dirty footprints.

2. Total Comfort Guarantee 

Your home comfort is our top priority. We certify that all the equipment we install meets or exceeds the design standards set forth by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). 

On top of that, we guarantee it will operate at those standards for the entire one-year warranty period. If it falls short of those standards within the timeframe, we will repair or replace it for free. 

3. Craftsmanship Guarantee

We hire only the best and most qualified heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) specialists in Texas––and we stand behind our craftsmanship. That’s why all of our installations come with a one-year warranty. If you’re not satisfied with the handiwork or materials, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge for up to a year. 

4. No Lemon Guarantee

There are few things more frustrating than faulty heating and cooling equipment. Fortunately, we have the remedy––our no lemon guarantee:

• Furnaces

The heat exchanger inside your furnace absorbs and transfers warmth to keep your home comfortable in the winter. When it fails, your furnace ceases to function and becomes a health hazard. If your heat exchanger fails within the first 10 years of installing it, we’ll replace your entire furnace at no charge. 

• Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps

Both AC and heat pumps have a compressor––it is a pump that controls the refrigerant flow. A broken compressor means you can’t heat or cool your home. Fortunately, we’ll replace your whole system at no cost if your compressor fails for the second time within five years of installation.
