“I want to recognize Robert Morales for his kindness, knowledge, and excellent service he recently provided to us. With a house full of guests, our A/C suddenly stopped working. I reached out to Robert via phone and he walked us through the cause and remedy of the malfunction. I was able to call him back and get further advice and assistance. Thanks to Robert, we were able to fix our problem (drain pipes were clogged and needed to be flushed) and got our home back to cooling in less than an hour, without having to register or pay for a service call.
